At Florecer, we hold a weekly meditation space designed to support real life: busy weeks, stress, mental noise, emotional fatigue, and the difficulty of finding a true pause. Every Tuesday at 8:00 pm, we offer a practice that can be joined online and, every other week, also in person at Soy Feliz Studio.
This space is held by Tania Elías and María Gordoa, who guide the practice from a shared vision of consciousness, presence, and holistic wellbeing. María leads the in-person sessions at Soy Feliz Studio, while together we sustain this space as a weekly point of support for those seeking more clarity, regulation, and connection with themselves.
Meditation can help reduce stress, calm the mind, improve concentration, support better rest, and create a more grounded relationship with what we are living through. When practiced consistently, it also strengthens our ability to respond with greater clarity and less overwhelm.
No previous experience is needed. This is an accessible space for anyone who needs a real pause during the week; a moment to breathe, reset internally, and step out, even briefly, from the state of hurry and overload.
