Through meditation we teach ourselves to bear the inconditional love energy that makes our spirit shine, enabling us to Be in our highest pourpose of existence, to Be happy

Neurobiology and psychiatric scientifics have reached meditation to descover in its practice an effective system to address usual problems of human condition.

Science acknowledges meditation has positive effects in behavior, immune system, the activation of certain cerebral cortex areas, blood pressure, sleep stability, stress reduction, development and motivation of attention and emotional growth for serenity.

There are countless studies that verify the positive effect of meditation on a physical, mental, emotional, and of course, emotional levels, although this last cannot be scientifically proven, at least today. Meditation and science go hand in hand for the pursuit of human truth.
